A Horrible Collision with a Child on a Bike

WARNING: The following video is disturbing

The video above shows a 12 year old crossing near a crosswalk with 3 other pedestrians protected by Rapid Flashing Beacons notifying drivers. A driver of a vehicle collided with the child at 25mph without hitting the brakes until after impact. She would have hit the windshield had she not turned 3 seconds before impact.

The sound is muted by default because of the disturbing screams from the other children.
